Gem Construction intends to close the following road to facilitate servicing building site and associated local traffic movements on the dates and times listed below:

- Traffic on Gardiner Street Middle will be diverted via Grenville Street & Hill Street. (Unless entering Belmont Hall apartments Gate 1)
- Traffic on Hill Street will be diverted via Parnell Street and Gardiner Street Middle (Unless entering Belmont Hall apartments, Block C, Gate 2)
- Marshalls at both ends.
- Pedestrian access will be maintained
- Local access will be facilitated
