Traffic Management Plan

The City Council’s Environment and Transportation Department intends to close the following road to facilitate flood defense works on the dates and times listed below:

Hollybrook Park (from Howth Road to Hollybrook Mews), Dublin 3 from 10.00hrs on Wednesday 13th August 2025 to 16.00hrs on Tuesday 6th January 2026.

Traffic Management Plan

  • Pedestrian access will be facilitated at all times.
  • Local access will be facilitated, when possible, from all closure points.
  • Traffic Marshalls to manage closure points during works.
  • Traffic arriving from Clontarf Road West will be diverted to St Lawrence Road – Howth Road.
  • Traffic arriving from Clontarf Road East will be diverted to Howth Road.
  • Traffic arriving from Howth Road West will be diverted to St Lawrence Road – Clontarf Road.
  • Traffic arriving from Howth Road East will be diverted to Clontarf Road.
  • Traffic arriving from Hollybrook Mews will be diverted to Hollybrook Park – Hollybrook Road – Clontarf Road.
