Charleville Mall Library celebrates its 125th birthday this year!
The Library opened its doors in 1900 & is the oldest working public library in Dublin City.
To commemorate this a local craft group kindly offered to create a memory quilt.
Please join us on Thursday 2nd October from 2.15pm here in the Library for the Grand Reveal of this wonderful project by Helen O'Donohoe & the group of talented creatives!
Our Historian in Residence Elizabeth Kehoe will also be looking into the past, present & future of Charleville Mall Library, as libraries worldwide continue to move with purpose through the ages.
