- Local access will be facilitated, when possible, from all closure points.
- Traffic Marshalls to manage closure points during works.
- Traffic arriving from Essex Street East will be diverted to Wellington Quay – Essex Quay – Fishamble Street – Lord Edward Street – Dame Street.
