Adrian McKinty follows up The Chain with a new standalone thriller The Island. Marian Keyes has returned to an old friend in Rachel, Again. Donal Ryan's new novel, The Queen of Dirt Island, is due for release in August and will be available to reserve from then.

Research suggests that reading fiction is an effective way to enhance the brain's ability to keep an open mind while processing information, a necessary skill for effective decision-making.

Searching on our new online catalogue has never been easier with a container called New Adult Fiction holding 825 new titles (at the time of writing). So you don't need to do any work and can stock up on your favourite book, add them to you TBR pile - and that includes Large Print and audio.

So treat yo'shelf!

Don't forget you can read or listen to the 2022 Dublin Literary Award shortlist here also. Get more reading inspiration from the full lists here.
