How To Pay Development Contributions
You can pay your Section 48 or Section 49 Development Contributions online, by Electronic Funds Transfer, by credit transfer, by post, in person or over the phone.
Online
If you have an invoice number, you can pay pay using our online payment system. You can also pay by the following methods.
Bank Transfer
Send your balance to Dublin City Council through your online banking using the account details below. Be sure to quote your planning application number as a reference with every payment.

You can also visit your bank branch to make a credit transfer to Dublin City Council.
Post
Send a cheque or bank draft by post, addressed to Planning Contributions at Dublin City Council using the address below.
In Person
Pay by debit or credit card, cash, cheque or bank draft at Dublin City Council's Customer Services desk at the Civic Offices on Wood Quay.
