Roadworks and Construction Updates

Construction Update 27/06/2025

There are construction roadworks planned for tomorrow Sat 26th June 9am until that evening, at the intersection of Merrion Rd and Anglesea Rd. Please find TMPs attached.

Summary:

• The inbound traffic will be reduced to one lane on Merrion Rd for 100m at either side of the junction of Anglesea Rd (200m total).
• Outbound traffic on Merrion Rd will not be affected.
• The northbound lane of Anglesea Rd will be closed between Simmonscourt Rd and Merrion Rd. Northbound traffic on Anglesea Rd (coming from Donnybrook direction) will access Merrion Rd via Simmonscourt Rd (as per TMP-030).
• Southbound traffic on Anglesea Rd will be as normal.
• Traffic lights will not be affected.
• Local stakeholders have been made aware of the works.
• Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
