Possible future works

The owners feel that they may have to reconsider the performance of the retained front door whose poor performance is now very noticeable compared with the rest of the house (see section on Insulating traditional doors [link to follow]). Some overheating of the south facing living area was reported during summer months which may be addressed by solar shading discussed at design stage.
