Fire Safety Complaints

Ask about or complain about fire safety. A complaint may be made by anyone who is dissatisfied with our service, or by someone acting on their behalf and with their consent.

Any member of the public requiring assistance in making a complaint may contact the service by any of the following methods:-

  • In person at any of our premises

If you feel a complaint has not been dealt with to your satisfaction there is an independent avenue for taking it further through the Local Government Ombudsman.
