Development Framework Plans
A number of development framework plans have been developed to guide the development of large/important sites throughout the city.
These plans have a strong urban design focus and provide detailed guidance in relation to the structure of new neighbourhoods, including access and movement, built form, land uses, open space and other relevant issues. A number of these plans relate to Strategic Development and Regeneration Areas (SDRAs), for which the principles for development are set out in the City Development Plan 2016-2022.
