City Architect Horace T. O’Rourke volumes donated to Dublin City Library and Archive

H.T. O’Rourke was City Architect from 1922 until his retirement in 1945 and was responsible for many schemes and works in Dublin including the rebuilding of Upper O’Connell street after the devastation caused by the revolutionary period from 1916 – 1923.
