Making a Report
Learn how to report a fire safety issue, illegal fireworks or stockpiled bonfire materials to Dublin Fire Brigade.
In an emergency, always dial 999 or 112. However, if you would like to report a fire safety concern for Dublin Fire Brigade to investigate, you can get in touch using the information below.
Report a Fire Safety Issue
If you suspect a breach of fire safety regulations, notice a potential hazard in a public place or have another fire safety concern, you can contact Dublin Fire Brigade's Fire Prevention section:

- By phone on (01) 222 4000.
These lines are operated Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Report Illegal Fireworks
If you believe an illegal firework display is being prepared or are worried about the health and safety of a fireworks display, please call Dublin Fire Brigade on (01) 222 4000 and ask to report a fire hazard.
Report Bonfire Materials
If you see material being collected and stockpiled and are worried it may be used for a bonfire, please contact your local council to report it.
