• 114 Library in the Community outreach events attended by 14,064
• 1.9 million virtual visits
• 1,093,541 online resources issued
• 1 million engagements on social media garnered by meaningful posts
• 5606 queries answered on ask-a-librarian and by live chat
• 241 newsletters sent to 586,045 recipients (sent by ourselves; branch libraries; City of Literature; and Festival of History
