Information on traffic management arrangements required to facilitate construction of the Clontarf to City Centre Project
As part of the ongoing Clontarf to City Centre Scheme roadworks are proposed for Fairview with a STOP/ GO installation at Edge`s Corner junction i.e. at Fairview Strand, Annesley Bridge Rd and Fairview junction.
Location: Annesley Bridge Road and Edge`s Corner (Fairview Strand, Annesley Bridge Road and Fairview Junction);
- Road pavement Working Hours;
- Saturday 27th July 08:00 to 18:00
- Works Description; Wearing Course works
- STOP/GO installation at Edge`s Corner
- Outbound bus stop ref. 522 is to be relocated to Clontarf side of the Fairview pedestrian bridge for the duration of the works
- Inbound stop ref. 614 at pedestrian bridge is to be suspended from 07:30 to 13:30 and reopened thereafter
These traffic management installations and proposed works are necessary to facilitate the road surfacing works on this busy junction.

Location: Annesley Bridge Road, North Strand Road, East Wall Road Junction, Annesley Place Junction;

- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday night starting 20:00 to 04:00 with noisy works completed prior to 23:00
- Works Description; Wearing Course works
- STOP/GO at various locations dependant on the night works and as per the temporary traffic management plans.

These traffic management installations and proposed works are necessary to facilitate C2CC Scheme final running surface wearing course works.
The proposed temporary traffic management plans for the works are attached for reference.
To help ensure the works can be carried out, while trying to keep the overall disruption to a minimum, night working is required. The Contractor will endeavour to keep noise levels as low as possible, but some disruption is possible.
