  • Pedestrian access will be facilitated at all times.
  • Local access will be facilitated when possible from all closure points.
  • Traffic Marshalls to manage closure points during works.
  • Traffic arriving from Adelaide Road will be diverted to Lesson Street Lower – Hatch Street Lower – Hatch Lane
