Permit application requirements:
- A fully completed application form
- Passport photos
- Proof of ID (e.g. passport or driving licence)
- Proof of address (e.g. utility bill or bank statement)
- Fees

Changes to 2015 Byelaws
- Backing tracks are no longer permitted.
- Performers can only stay on Grafton Street for one hour before moving.
- Performances must start and end at the hour mark.
- We have introduced a two-week visitor permit.
- New permits are subject to a six-week probation period.
