Event Application Process

Depending on the nature of your event, different timelines for submission of relevant documentation will apply.
8 weeks' minimum notice is required along with all documentation for all activities/events proposed for public spaces including family days, music events, sporting events, charity events, and commercial events.
Brand-to-hand promotions
15 working days' notice required along with all relevant documentation.
Commercial promotions
8 weeks' notice required along with all relevant documentation, including details on whether any additional infrastructure is being used as part of the promotion.
Other activities/events:
8 weeks' notice required along with all documentation for all other activities/events proposed for public spaces, e.g., family days, music events, sporting events, charity events, etc.
