Dublin Climate Action Week will take place from the 12–18 of May 2025 and is organised by the four Dublin Local Authorities, the Dublin Climate Action Regional Office (CARO) and Dublin’s Energy Agency, Codema.
From 1-17 March, we’re hosting a fantastic line-up of free events, including Irish language exchanges, storytelling sessions, music performances, film screenings, and fun activities for all ages.
Family events and activities take place in all libraries during the month of December to support the involvement of the whole family in children’s reading.
The section’s main aim is to go out into the community and let people know about all the amazing things available in their library, both in branch and online.
Dublin City Library and Archive is pleased to present the annual Sir John T. Gilbert Commemorative Lecture which will be held on 29th May 2024 with a talk by Professor Jane Ohlmeyer entitled, ‘The lived experiences of women in early modern Dublin’.
